Work and Career
Whether you’re facing work-related challenges, working towards a promotion, going back to work or thinking about a change of career, we’ll work together to give you clarity, confidence and direction. We’ll map out your options, identify your strengths and put the steps in place to make the necessary changes.

Being better organised, prioritising and managing your time
I can help you identify, prioritise and focus on what’s important to you. You’ll improve your personal organisation and time management, and you’ll learn how to be more assertive too (which might mean learning how to say no!)

Making difficult decisions
Taking advice from friends and family can often mean you ignore or sacrifice your own wants and needs. Coaching provides an impartial sounding-board to support you in making your own decisions for the future.

Building your confidence / overcoming anxiety
Confidence is key for both our professional and personal lives. Coaching can help you understand and value your skills and qualities, and can make a big difference if you struggle with Imposter Syndrome. We can work out your pressure points and help develop strategies to deal with stress and anxious feelings. This will build your resilience and you’ll feel more able to cope.

It’s proven that stress is bad for your physical and mental health. With some simple changes, you can learn how to reduce stress by understanding your triggers and learning how best to manage them.

Meet Me

Coaching takes place online, via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime.

During our sessions we’ll work on your specific challenges and goals. We’ll end each session with agreed actions to help you make your desired changes. And between sessions you can email me with your progress updates.

How much does it cost?

The free introductory call will help me understand your challenges and what you’re looking to achieve. We can then work out how much coaching you need. Coaching sessions start from £200 per session, and following our call I will design a package to meet your needs. About Me.

I set up my coaching practice and a coaching network in Sussex in 2007 and have worked with clients from all walks of life. From doctors to designers, solicitors to sales managers, teachers, self-employed consultants, business leaders and company founders.

Clients describe me as warm, encouraging, professional and non-judgmental. My approach is solution-focussed, practical and pragmatic. I have a passion for coaching and personal development. I love working with my clients and working with them to achieve their goals.

My background is in HR and business management. I started my career with British Airways in 1985, and worked for IBM and DHL in management roles. I’ve spent the past 20 years working with start-up and early stage technology companies.

I now live in Kent, and work with clients in London, and online, all over the world. I have 3 adult children, I enjoy reading and travel, particularly frequent trips to the Western Highlands and Hebrides in our campervan!
