Your Life.
Your Way.

How I can help you.

The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown our lives into disarray.

This has affected us in many different ways. You may be at your wits end, struggling to cope with challenges. Or perhaps you’re at a crossroads, considering making a career or a life change – maybe driven by circumstances outside your control.

Or maybe you’ve realised you want to live in a different way going forward, and you want to explore your options and make good decisions.

Whatever your challenge, if you want more out of life, and you’re looking to make some changes, coaching will help you identify what’s important to you, what’s missing or not working, and get you from where you are now to where you want to be – even if you’re not clear on where that is yet!

To find out more, or to book a free introductory session, call me on 0791-719-3650, email cathryn@cathrynhindle.com, or complete the contact form.

Here are some of the areas you might like to explore…

Work and Career
Whether you’re facing work-related challenges, working towards a promotion, going back to work or thinking about a change of career, we’ll work together to give you clarity, confidence and direction. We’ll map out your options, identify your strengths and put the steps in place to make the necessary changes.

Being better organised, prioritising and managing your time
I can help you identify, prioritise and focus on what’s important to you. You’ll improve your personal organisation and time management, and you’ll learn how to be more assertive too (which might mean learning how to say no!)

Making difficult decisions
Taking advice from friends and family can often mean you ignore or sacrifice your own wants and needs. Coaching provides an impartial sounding-board to support you in making your own decisions for the future.

Building your confidence / overcoming anxiety
Confidence is key for both our professional and personal lives. Coaching can help you understand and value your skills and qualities, and can make a big difference if you struggle with Imposter Syndrome. We can work out your pressure points and help develop strategies to deal with stress and anxious feelings. This will build your resilience and you’ll feel more able to cope.

Managing stress
It’s proven that stress is bad for your physical and mental health. With some simple changes, you can learn how to reduce stress by understanding your triggers and learning how best to manage them.

Making your relationships work
From friends and family to your partner, or challenging people at work, you’ll learn to improve and, in some cases, even transform relationships.

Coaching helps gain self-awareness and confidence, you’ll learn more about what you’re good at, and what you enjoy, and how best to manage stress, improve your relationships and, ultimately, be happy and live your life to the full.

This is the first time I have used a coach and I can thoroughly recommend the experience. I now have focus and direction and am planning the next stage of my working life from a much better platform. I have a new career path planned which I know will be far more rewarding than before. Cathryn has opened up so many possibilities that I hadn’t realised were there for me.

John S, West Sussex

Cathryn is an excellent career and personal development coach who has provided me with invaluable advice and guidance in our coaching sessions over the years. I have gained so much from her expertise and personable approach. And a lot of laughs along the way!

Peter H, London

A very enjoyable and interesting few weeks of coaching sessions. Cathryn's positive outlook is contagious and I'm very pleased to have finished our sessions with a clear direction, the motivation to achieve my goal and a little of her proactive attitude!

Cathryn has a wonderful ability to draw out the positives in a seemingly unpromising situation and help focus your attention on the opportunities each situation offers. I had coaching sessions as I wasn't having any luck in finding a job: we expanded my goal to look at potential careers, as well as the immediate goal of finding a job, to great success.

Her approach was very pragmatic and this dispelled any worries I had that the coaching sessions would be 'fluffy' by anchoring the theoretical concepts we discussed in the business/real world and explaining how I could adapt these concepts to achieve my goals. Cathryn has been continually encouraging and made a huge difference on how I view my goals and my understanding of how I operate; this has been an incredibly beneficial process for me.

Working with Cathryn is like taking a tonic - she should be available on the NHS!

CJ, Cambridge

The coaching I received has helped enormously. I now have focus and direction and am planning the next stage of my working life from a much better platform. I have a new career path planned, which I know will be far more rewarding than before. This is the first time I have used a coach and I can thoroughly recommend the experience. Cathryn has opened up so many possibilities that I hadn't realised were there for me

John, West Sussex

Cathryn helped me rise above perceived barriers to see new possibilities. Her great empathy and enthusiasm, coupled with a solid understanding of personal development, meant she quickly earned my trust. Her sessions gave me practical positive steps I could make and were fun and rewarding in the process.

James

I really benefited from taking some time out to think about myself and what I am trying to achieve long and short term - it was enlightening. A lot of my decisions and plans formed in these sessions have changed my outlook, making me more focused. My situation has now dramatically improved. When I use the techniques I learnt during the coaching sessions, I am more productive, less stressed and happier in what I am achieving. If I hadn't had the coaching, I would still be in a mess and not feeling as if I was completing anything properly. I know if I stick to doing things the new way, the future is being anything I want - reaching my potential! I would recommend anyone who is considering coaching to do it! It gives you an opportunity to take stock and work out how to be the best you can. I was coached by telephone and found I built a connection very quickly over the phone with Cathryn and she understood what I needed perfectly.

LD, Marketing Manager, SAP

I have found the coaching sessions very beneficial. Cathryn has helped me to make order of my 'working' day since giving up work and starting my own business. I have worked through various issues such as prioritising my tasks, gaining balance between them and ensuring that I have some time for me. I have found our sessions very motivating and it has helped having someone to help me recognise the amount that I do and the overall workload that I have. She has also helped me to recognise that I should be able to put some time aside every day for myself without feeling guilty about it!
